Create new section of KRS Chapter 61 to require the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council to adopt a model facial recognition technology policy by January 1, 2023, to govern use of facial recognition technology; set forth standards and components of the policy; require law enforcement agencies that use the technology to have a use policy in place that meets or exceeds the council's model policy; establish inadmissibility of evidence collected in violation of the section.
